For 30 years, A&R Concrete Services has delivered concreting work for homeowners and builders across Perth, Yanchep, Joondalup and the surrounding suburbs. The mix is chosen first, then the formwork is set to the correct level and the correct fall, and all reinforcement goes in before any concrete is poured. That is what gets the concrete levels placed properly, with the expansion cuts where they should be.
Every job is documented and closed out properly, with clear communication from the first visit to the last. You deal with the same people from the first visit to final sign-off.

Straightforward from day one

On site measure
We measure up, check the falls and the access for the truck and the pump, and talk through colours and finishes against your house rather than off a chart.

Agree the job
What the prep, the formwork, the drainage and the finish involve, and what it will cost, explained before it starts rather than discovered halfway through.

Prep, form and pour
Base prepped, formwork set, drainage in, then the pour. Colour and stone go in at the batching plant so the mix is consistent from the first barrow to the last.

Finish and clean up
Washed back or ground back to the finish you picked, joints cut, and the site left clean instead of covered in slurry.
